TIPS FOR PURCHASING USED EQUIPMENT:

Identify the type of system you want and how much you are willing to spend.
If financing is needed, get pre-approved with your financial institution. When the desired system becomes available, you will be prepared to commit to purchase the system without the risk of losing the unit to another buyer due to the delay of having to go through the financing process.
Some types of systems may difficult to find so allow plenty of time to find the right unit that is in good operating condition.

EQUIPMENT PURCHASES:

ARR will pay you top dollar for your used CT, MRI, or PET system.
Professional de-installation from insured contractors will ensure that the removal will be done properly and on schedule.

TIPS FOR SELLING YOUR USED EQUIPMENT:

Provide the potential buyer with an accurate description if the system. This should include date of manufacture, current software revisons, installed options, tube use and gantry rotations for CT, full list of coils for MRI, and service history. Accurate information will ensure that you receive the best possible price.
Keep the system operational and under service contract until the system is inspected, and accepted by the buyer. Any issues discovered during the buyer’s inspection, will most likely be much more expensive to correect than the marginal cost of continuing the service contract.
